Highlights

A firm protested the Army's exercise of any contract options under a contract for grounds maintenance, contending that its bid price for option years under the solicitation was significantly lower than the awardee's. GAO held that: (1) it had determined in a previous protest that the awardee's overall bid price was lower than the protester's; and (2) the matter of whether the Army exercised any contract options was one of contract administration, which it would not consider. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
