Highlights

A firm protested the Army's determination that its bid for generator sets was technically unacceptable, contending that the Army failed to inform it of perceived deficiencies in its proposal and to give it an opportunity to revise its offer. GAO noted that the protester's bid failed to provide adequate reliability documentation and address specific points of concern. GAO held that the protest was untimely filed more than 10 working days after the protester knew the basis of its protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
