Highlights
A firm protested the Defense Construction Supply Center's disqualification of its offer under a request for quotations. Under bid protest procedures, a protest based on other than a solicitation impropriety must be filed within 10 working days after the basis of the protest is known. Since this protest was filed more than 10 working days after the protester knew the basis for its protest, the protest was untimely and not for consideration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
