[Request for Reconsideration of Sustained GSA Finding]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision in which GAO sustained a finding by the General Services Administration (GSA) that the claimant had overcharged GSA for a freight shipment. GAO held that the claimant did not demonstrate that the previous decision was based on errors of fact or law. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
