[Protest of NASA Sole-Source Award]

A firm protested the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's sole-source award of a contract for office equipment. Bid protest procedures require protests to be filed with GAO or the contracting agency within 10 working days after the basis of the protest is known. Since this protest was not filed within that timeframe, it was untimely. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
