Highlights

A firm protested a determination by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of the fair market price for negotiation of a contract. Since the Small Business Administration appealed the determination to DLA and the appeal was still pending, GAO declined jurisdiction over the matter. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
