Highlights

A firm protested the failure of the Army to exercise an option to extend its contract. The protester cited its successful performance and other reasons to support its belief that the exercise of the option would be in the best interest of the Government. GAO declined to consider the question because the exercise of a contract option is a matter of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
