Highlights

A firm protested a General Services Administration solicitation for office machine stands, contending that sufficient time was not allowed for the preparation of offers. Bid protest procedures require that protests based on alleged improprieties in the solicitation that are apparent prior to the closing date for receipt of proposals must be filed prior to that date. Since this protest was not filed within the proper timeframe, it was dismissed as untimely.
