Comments on Draft Segment of FAR

Comments were requested on a draft segment of a Federal Acquisition Regulation covering subparts of the regulation dealing with cost principles for contracts with educational institutions, interagency contract administration and audit services, assignment of contract administration, contract administration functions, and the corporate administrative contracting officer. GAO had no objection to the draft segment as proposed.
