Claim for Premium Pay for Standby Duty at Home

Reconsideration was requested of a disallowed claim for premium pay for a radiology technician "on call" at home to perform certain procedures during other than regularly scheduled work hours. The claimant cannot receive premium pay for hours "on call" at home because his home was not designated as his duty station. He is also not entitled to overtime pay for standby duty at his home.
