Claim for Living Quarters Allowance

A Federal employee requested reconsideration of the decision denying her claim for quarters or a quarters allowance and requested a determination that she was eligible to negotiate a transportation agreement entitling her to return transportation to the United States for home leave and separation purposes. The employee was not entitled to these benefits and allowances since, at the time of employment overseas, she did not meet any of the requirements of the regulations for the granting of such benefits
