Denial of Claim for Reimbursement of Relocation Expenses Affirmed

An employee requested reconsideration of a decision denying his claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with moving his dependents in anticipation of transfer orders. The decision was affirmed since no additional evidence was presented to show error in fact or law which would alter the conclusion that the move was unauthorized and at the employee's own risk.
