Time Limitation on Return From Overseas Assignment

A decision was requested on the claim for return travel and transportation of household goods of an employee who did not elect to return to the United States for more than 2 years after his Federal employment in the Virgin Islands was terminated. The employee may not be reimbursed for such expenses since he did not make his claim within the 2-year statutory limit.
