Global Warming: Information on the Results of Four of EPA's Voluntary Climate Change Programs

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO determined: (1) what the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has done to ensure that the greenhouse gas reductions it reports reflect only the results of its efforts, as opposed to other factors; and (2) whether EPA's projected reductions are consistent with experience to date.
