Mission Support Project: User Perceptions on Computer Environments

GAO provided information on the Mission Support Project, focusing on a recent survey of user perceptions of the computer environments at GAO. GAO noted that a direct-access GAO-wide network would increase work quality through: (1) improved communication between divisions on ongoing work and relevant issues; (2) increased access to information; and (3) efficient use of electronic transfer files.
