Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO provided information on: (1) proposed and actual transfers of, and the value of excess defense articles (EDA) provided to, Israel, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Morocco, and Oman; and (2) the status of equipment transfers to five North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries.
