Export-Import Bank of the United States 1. The Chairman of the Export-Import Bank should direct the Vice President of Administration and the Treasurer-Controller to: (1) affix responsibilities for each procedure in processing travel and ensure that employees are cognizant of their responsibilities; (2) establish procedures ensuring that the least expensive airfare is obtained; (3) routinely verify the payment of airline fares; and (4) ensure that unused airline tickets and coupons are promptly recovered.
