Department of Health and Human Services | The Secretary, HHS, should require the Director, ORR, to periodically report on progress being made to correct identified problems. As part of these reports, the Director should be required to address the extent of program monitoring being carried out, the extent to which grantees are complying with reporting requirements, the extent to which noncompetitive awards are made, and the adequacy of existing resources to maintain an effective grant administration program. |
When we confirm what actions the agency has taken in response to this recommendation, we will provide updated information.
