Internal Revenue Service: Status of Recommendations From Financial Audits and Related Financial Management Reports

This report provides a status of the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) efforts to implement recommendations GAO made on its audits of IRS's financial statements. In updating the status of these recommendations, GAO included the results of its audit of IRS's financial statements for fiscal year 2001 and 2000.
