2026 Appropriations Law Forum Materials

GAO held its annual Appropriations Law Forum on June 9, 2026. The session included an overview of GAO's recent work under the Impoundment Control Act, and recent legal decisions addressing the availability of appropriations as to purpose, time, and amount. The session also included an overview of legal decisions issued from August 2024 through April 2026.
