Rules of Procedure of the Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board

The Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board was established pursuant to section 1501 of title I of division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008, Pub. L. No. 110-161 (December 26, 2007), to hear appeals from decisions of contracting officers with respect to any contract entered into by a legislative branch agency. These rules of procedure are hereby adopted and promulgated pursuant to section 1501(d) of the Act and are applicable to appeals filed on or after October 1, 2007.
