Establishment of a Fiscal Year Fund Account

This decision concerns a letter from the Acting Secretary of Labor proposing the establishment of a fiscal year 1949 working fund account under the Office of the Secretary by the advance of funds from the several bureaus of the Department, based on estimates of costs of supplies, to be available for the procurement of certain office and duplicating supplies.
