Audit Report of the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the United States of America, Inc.

GAO reviewed the audit report of the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the United States of America, Incorporated, for the year ended June 30, 1979. The review was made to determine whether the report complied with the financial reporting requirements for federally chartered corporations. The report was due December 31, 1979, but was not received until June 1980. However, two prior requests for extension of time for filing were received. Except for the late receipt of the report, the audit and financial reporting requirements have been met.
