Insurance--Contracts on a Nation-Wide Basis Without Advertising--Government Policy RE: Insurance Generally

The Secretary of Agriculture requested GAO's opinion on whether or not it may amend an existing contract with Eureka-Security Fire and Marine Insurance Company to cover policies being cancelled by the National Mutual Association without further negotiations with other insurance companies or groups of companies.
