[Saint Martin de Porres Shelter: Transportation Costs]

GAO commented on whether the Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, was authorized to make payments to a homeless shelter for certain transportation costs. GAO held that the law allowed the Seattle District to reimburse the shelter for certain transportation costs, regardless of the transfer of the building housing the shelter to the Coast Guard.
