[Protest of AOUSC Nonresponsibility Determination]

A firm protested the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts' (AOUSC) determination that it was nonresponsible under a solicitation for a copy center leasing agreement, contending that AOUSC made the nonresponsibility determination in bad faith. GAO held that the: (1) determination was clearly reasonable; and (2) allegation of bad faith was unfounded. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
