[Comments on the Use of Army Operation and Maintenance Funds To Purchase Business Cards]

GAO commented on the propriety of using Army operation and maintenance (O&M) funds to purchase business cards for the civilian personnel specialists of the Civilian Personnel Operating Center. GAO noted that the Army could use the O&M funds to purchase business cards for the civilian personnel specialists, since GAO determined that it was a necessary expense for employees who regularly deal with the public or organizations outside their immediate office.
