[Protest of Air Force Contract Award for Hospital Aseptic Management System Services]

A firm protested three Air Force contract awards for hospital aseptic management system services, contending that the Air Force's evaluation of its past performance risk was improper. GAO held that the protester's performance risk rating was reasonably based on the Air Force's past experience with the protester under prior contracts. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
