[Protest of Navy Solicitation for Systems Furniture]

Highlights

A firm protested a Navy solicitation for systems furniture, contending that the solicitation failed to provide adequate time for it to prepare its pricing schedule. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the solicitation, since it was only a supplier and not an actual bidder. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
