[Protest of Air Force Solicitation]

A firm protested the wage determination in an Air Force solicitation. GAO held that: (1) the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest of alleged solicitation improprieties; and (2) it lacked authority to review allegations regarding the Department of Labor's implementation of labor laws. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
