Highlights

A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid for hazardous material training, contending that: (1) the Army improperly determined that its bid was nonresponsive; and (2) it misinterpreted the solicitation's language. GAO held that the: (1) Army properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive, since the protester failed to offer the minimum required bid acceptance period; and (2) solicitation language was sufficient for the protester to adequately prepare its bid. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
