Highlights

A firm protested three Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) solicitations for the sale of scrap B-52 aircraft, contending that the solicitations conflicted with its requirements contract for scrap B-52 aircraft. GAO held that: (1) the protester had no valid basis of protest, since DRMS terminated its contract for the convenience of the government prior to bid opening; and (2) it would not review contract termination disputes. Accordingly, the protests were dismissed.
