A firm protested an Army contract award for a training course, contending that the: (1) awardee's course did not meet the solicitation's performance requirements; and (2) Army improperly allowed the awardee to reduce its price. GAO held that the: (1) awardee's course satisfied the Army's requirements; and (2) Army properly allowed the awardee to reduce its price according to the Federal Supply Schedule. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
