[Air Force Member's Widow's Claim for SBP Benefit Adjustment]

The widow of a deceased Air Force member requested reconsideration of her claim for an increased Survivor Benefit Plan annuity, contending that she should have been entitled to the full amount of the annuity, since she filed her claim as soon as she detected the accounting error.
