A firm protested a United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home (USSAH) contract award for custodial services, contending that USSAH improperly made a noncompetitive award in lieu of exercising an option on its existing contract for the same services. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the protest against the anticipated award was premature. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
