[Comments on FAA Employees' Claim for Hazard Pay]

GAO responded to a request from the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for information on an action filed in the United States Claims Court by individuals who contended that they were entitled to a hazard pay differential in addition to their usual rate of pay.
