Highlights

A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employee claimed a merit salary increase. GAO held that the claimant served continuously as a supervisor and was transferred from a temporary to permanent position, but in both positions the claimant's responsibilities were those of a supervisor. Accordingly, the claim was allowed.
