[Protest of AMC Rejection of Bid for Cargo Parachutes]

A firm protested the Army Materiel Command's (AMC) rejection of its bid for cargo parachutes, contending that AMC improperly determined that it was nonresponsible. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
