Highlights

A firm protested a Navy solicitation for radio fire alarm transmitters, contending that the solicitation specifications were unduly restrictive. GAO held that the solicitation requirements were not unduly restrictive, since the specifications reasonably reflected the Navy's minimum system compatibility needs. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
