Highlights

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for sweep signal generators, contending that the Air Force improperly tested its sample generator. GAO held that the Air Force reasonably: (1) tested the generator's performance within the solicitation's frequency displacement limits; and (2) exercised its judgment in making testing choices. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
