[Protest of Peace Corps Unrestricted Solicitation]

A firm protested a Peace Corps decision to issue a solicitation on an unrestricted basis rather than as a small business set-aside. GAO held that the protester failed to provide evidence that the Peace Corps decision not to set aside the procurement was improper. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
