Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for stacking racks, contending that the awardee did not: (1) timely submit its revised prices; and (2) extend the acceptance period for its bid. GAO held that the Air Force properly awarded the contract, since the: (1) awardee timely submitted its bid, but the Air Force misfiled it; and (2) awardee implicitly agreed to the required bid acceptance period extension by submitting its bid. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
