[Protest of GSA Solicitation for Moving Services]

A firm protested a General Services Administration solicitation for moving services, contending that the technical evaluation factors and the method of evaluation served to discriminate against small businesses. GAO held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest against alleged solicitation improprieties. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
