A firm protested a U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) solicitation for vehicle disposal, contending that USMS unreasonably included a geographical restriction that unduly restricted competition. GAO held that USMS reasonably based the restriction upon its legitimate operational needs. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
