[Protest of USDA Contract Award for Instrument Maintenance]

A firm protested a Department of Agriculture contract award for instrument maintenance, contending that the awardee improperly refused to continue to supply it with parts that would have enabled it to bid. GAO held that allegations regarding restraint of trade or possible violations of antitrust laws were subject to the Department of Justice's review. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
