[Protest of NASA Small Business Set-Aside Award]

A firm protested a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) small business set-aside contract award, contending that it successfully appealled the Small Business Administration's (SBA) initial determination that the awardee was a small business. GAO held that NASA was not required to terminate the contract, since SBA initially determined that the awardee was a small business. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
