[Protest of GSA Contract Award for Moving Services]

A firm protested a General Services Administration contract award for moving services, contending that the awardee's bid was unbalanced and nonresponsive. GAO held that, since the protester did not allege that the awardee's bid was overstated, its protest provided no basis for finding the bid unbalanced. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
