Highlights

A firm protested any Army contract award for face mask assemblies, contending that the: (1) solicitation improperly restricted competition; (2) Army improperly accepted proposals from nonresponsible offerors; and (3) Army improperly rejected its bid as late. GAO held that: (1) the protester untimely filed its protest concerning alleged solicitation improprieties and the Army's rejection of its bid; and (2) since the Army had not made award, allegations regarding improper proposal acceptance were premature. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
