Highlights

A firm protested an Army contract award for gas mask filters, contending that the Army: (1) improperly induced it to increase its low bid; and (2) disclosed its bid to the awardee. GAO held that the: (1) Army properly questioned the protester's price in view of previous prices and the protester's inexperience; and (2) protester's allegations concerning bid disclosure were not based on any factual information. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
