A firm protested a General Services Administration (GSA) contract award for construction quality management services, contending that GSA improperly: (1) disclosed the proposed awardee's price; and (2) conducted an auction. GAO held that the protester did not: (1) show that it was prejudiced by GSA action; and (2) provide any evidence that GSA conducted an auction. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
